Short Overall Bio
Brigitte is a singer/songwriter/keyboardist who started studying piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music at age 3. She won her first song writing contest at age 6 and has many years of performing and recording experience. She continues to play live, write and produce music mainly in the AC, Pop, Christian, Instrumental, Classical, Film, and Rock genres. Brigitte has appeared on over 20 independent recording projects, sang live on the Nashville Starseek satellite TV show, performed at the Merrit Mountain Music fest with a juno nominated band, and played with artists Dan Rothery, Leah West, Matthew Phoenix and Mike Gouchie. Brigitte has a new found interest in film and television placement with her music since attending TAXI road rallies. She is most often described as easy to listen to, having a clear, articulate voice and her piano playing and arrangements hint at her classical background. Brigitte is willing to relocate and characterizes herself as a "positive realist" who's dreams fuel her passion for music and success in the industry. Her hobbies include latin dance, therapeutic massage and crafting. All of which she believes contributes to a healthy and happy life style.

Brigitte began her musical training at age 3 when she entered the Royal Conservatory of music for classical piano. At the age of 6 she won first place in competition for one of her original compositions. She finished her classical schooling receiving First Class Honours for Grade 8 piano. The songstress continued to excel receiving 8 Honour in the Arts certificates for music, composition, and singing, and was named Musician of the Year in her school music program. Enrolling in Music College and performing in rock, country and pop bands across BC, Brigitte also pursued writing, programming and producing adult contemporary/pop/rock. She was a co-producer and wrote “Someday” on Dan Rothery's "Accidental" CD and appeared in his award winning video. She performed her own song “Shadowlight” on Nashville’s “Starseek” (satellite television show) and was hired as a studio musician on over 20 album projects, one of which reached top 40 status in the US (Centrefire). Brigitte also wrote and performed on a contemporary collaboration with Neville Bowman on a full length original CD aimed at weddings. Her first solo pop album is titled “Tendrils”, co-produced by Brigitte, Jeff Long and Dan Rothery. Her newest efforts have produced instrumental orchestral, pop, world and dance tracks aimed at film and tv.
