An accomplished writer, producer, performer, and recording artist, George creates music which speaks of enlightenment and positivity in a world that could really use it.

Over a decades-long career which includes a staff-writer position with Screen Gems, a recording deal with CBS/Epic Records, the production of several planetarium show soundtracks, a critically acclaimed three-album set of exercise music for children, a long history of live performance, and the release of no fewer than nine self-produced full-length albums, he has evolved into one of ‘those’ musicians who has redefined the meaning of versatility.

His creative output spans multiple genres, ranging from power-pop to soaring, progressive rock and on into the world of magical, ambient soundscapes, with recent forays into orchestral and choral works. His soundstages are often large, possessed of a unique cinematic quality.

More than providing background to some ‘event’, George tends to make music which is the event ITSELF, particularly in his longer compositions. His work is often introspective and spiritual…but not always. When there are lyrics, they speak of love and longing, other times brash satire or political commentary.

George has essentially placed himself in a class all his own by creating refreshing hybrids of musical genres with little regard for modern trends or fads.

He currently resides in Lancaster, PA, where he’s built a bigger/better incarnation of AirBorn Recording, now taking on new projects there. With his characteristic sensitivity and sense of humor, George creates comedic satirical pieces on occasion, often taking potshots at the ubiquitous Music 'Biz', thereby eliminating what would have probably been therapist bills.

He is currently in production on a new record - a return to a favorite genre of his - which promises to be a journey through the territory where Deep Chill/Ambient and World Music intersect. The project is underscored with deeply spiritual, esoteric themes as well as experiments in psychoacoustics and fully discrete quadrophonic sound.
