Biography
Joel Abbott is an American composer, noted for live-scoring scripted and improvised stage shows. His ability to underscore live theatre and comedy, as well as his skill in composition and musical direction, has made him a sought-after musician and performer in his original home town of Atlanta, Georgia, as well as his current home in Burlington, Vermont. His uncanny ability to instantly create authentic music in a wide assortment of genres has led to his nickname "The Musical Chameleon". He is also the lead songwriter and all seven members of the comedy-electropop septet The Go Ahead And.
